Playball Weekly Timetable
Spring Term Classes 2010
Dates:
10 weeks from 11th January, 2010, to 26th March, 2010 (half term: w/c 15th February).
Cost:
Per term is £120.75 per child.
Payment:
If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Playball UK Limited. Also, please write on the back of the cheque your child's full name, and the day and time of class they are attending.
Cheques should be sent to Jo Sutherland, c/o 24 Church Road, London SW19 5HD.
Payments can now also be made using online banking.

All payments should be paid before the first day of term (w/c 11th January, 2010).

Their date of birth;
Day and time of class for which you are registering;
Parent’s name;
E-mail address;
Mobile contact for during class-time.

Book a Class
To book a place for your child in one of our classes for the Autumn term, simply complete the following form. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm your booking.
Please Note: Spaces are limited so
please wait for confirmation of your booking before bringing your child
to class. If a class is not listed on the booking form then it is fully
booked.
